1. STAY CALM:
“Life is not the way it’s supposed to be, it’s the way it is. The way you cope is what makes the difference.” – Virginia Satir
The wisest, most loving people I know are those who have known misery, known defeat, known the heartbreak of losing something or someone they loved, and have found their way out of the depths of their own despair. People like this aren’t born; they develop slowly over the course of time. In the face of difficulty, they stay unruffled through the process. Friedrich Nietzsche says “That which does not kill us makes us stronger.”
2.BELIEVE YOU`RE BIGGER AND TOUGHER AND YOU’VE WON HALF WAY:
“Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen,” says Janet Dewart Bell, a Peabody Award–winning producer at National Public Radio. Bell says this verse from Hebrews 11:1 came in very handy 14 years ago when she discovered a lump in her breast during a self-examination just one month after receiving a clean bill of health at her annual physical. Now cancer-free 13 years after treatment, Bell says, “When I have a crisis, I try not to say, ‘Why me?’ but ‘Why not me?’ I believe that my ability to think and to feel are gifts from God that I need to use.”

3.NOW IS THE TIME TO GET CREATIVE AND CREATE YOUR OWN SOLUTION.
Life’s biggest problem is thinking and hoping for someone to get you out of a problem and they don’t. this is why you must learn that the solution to every of life’s problem lies within you. The best way out of a difficult situation, is right through it. To go through it, you need to set a goal and make a plan. The first step out of any problem is a correct assessment of where you are at that moment the second is how you get there then how to get out.
Once you panic you’re not thinking and if you can’t think you’re stuck and if you’re stuck you’re stuck until you quit panic or fear and your engine comes up again. We were designed to overcome every situation we face no matter how difficult. Simply think right and you’re out right.
Finally, the scriptures say to him that OVERCOMES the crown of life shall be given him. This shows hope for glory after overcoming. Never quit, you’re a fighter. Keep saying so.
